2002-03 Running Programs

Mission Statement

The mission of Ric Rojas Running is to promote excellence in individual running performance.  Athletes are treated with the highest level of respect and supported by the most comprehensive coaching program available in the United States.

USA Track and Field Sanction

“Ric Rojas Running” is the independent USA Track and Field sanctioned club.  Athletes registering for programs under Running International may chose to represent the club.

Coaching Philosophy

Although no coach or program can guarantee results, Ric Rojas' commitment is to provide expert coaching while creating an environment within which each athlete – regardless of experience or previous performance levels - may reach his or her highest potential. Ric Rojas has helped runners of all ages and abilities reach or exceed their competitive goals.

2004 Simplot Games Program

  • Participation in the Simplot Games is not required to register for this program.  Athletes may elect to train and compete in local indoor track meets only or train and not compete at all.
  • A 10-week program is required to prepare for Simplot. Athletes wishing to compete must commit to the program by December 10th, 2003. A $50 non-refundable deposit will guarantee transportation and accommodations.
