Ric Rojas offers a comprehensive training program for adult endurance runners and sprinters. The foundation of the program is goal setting, training specificity, and coaching interactivity with the runner. Ric's training programs are proven to produce results for both distance runners and sprinters.

One of the hallmarks of his programs is his "under train-over perform" training philosophy. This simply means that you train no more than is necessary to achieve your goals. Ric makes every training step count.

Ric Rojas Running Web-Based Adult Endurance Program

 

 

 

For runners not residing in the Denver-Metro Area, Ric Rojas offers an event-specific customized "Distance" program facilitated by Teleconferencing, www.trainingpeaks.com-based web page, and "GoogleTalk" video conferencing.  Weekly teleconference or video conferencing meetings are scheduled and the customized training program is posted on the interactive training peaks web page.   

Ric's integrated coaching approach includes event-specific planning, real-time feedback, in-person or video-conferencing coaching, and applied sport psychology and exercise physiology.

If you find yourself traveling to the Denver area during your program, coaching sessions are available at various Denver metro locations including Lakewood on Wednesday mornings and in Boulder on Tuesday, and Friday mornings. Ric Rojas Running Customized Adult Sports Training Program

 

 

12 Customized one-on-one sports training sessions for any sport or running event.  May include strength, power, flexibility, speed development or endurance. Schedule to be worked out with a personal trainer. 14 weeks are allowed to complete 12 sessions. Athletes will work with Ric Rojas and/or Heather Biglow.  Participants int his program are welcome to attend any of the Denver-Metro area training sessions.
