Welcome

Ric Rojas offers a comprehensive training program for adult endurance runners and sprinters. The foundation of the program is goal setting, training specificity, and coaching interactivity with the runner. Ric's training programs are proven to produce results for both distance runners and sprinters.

Coaching Philosophy

One of the hallmarks of his programs is his "under train-over perform" training philosophy. This simply means that you train no more than is necessary to achieve your goals. Ric makes every training step count.

Running Shorts Issue 19: Eipper and Beltran Cross Countries

Hello runners! It’s been a fairly busy week.  The 2011 Fall Junior Program is building up towards the XC Junior Olympics (completely optional for competitors), and just yesterday, we announced our Winter Bridge Program.  In the meantime, we have some races to report on!

On October 8th, Valerie Eipper took part in the Women’s 6k at the Metro State Invitational down in Denver.  She finished the 6k in 27:06, taking 37th in the field overall. Well done again, Val!  Results are available here.

Then, just yesterday, October 11th, Mia Beltran took 34th in the Denver Public Schools Middle School Championship, with a time of 11:59. That’s the only new Junior result from this week.

Unfortunately, we still don’t have a full results posting from the Lucky Mile Race Series in Louisville. Technical difficulties seem to plague those results files!  We’ll keep an eye on it and let you know as soon as we have the results.
