Ric Rojas offers a comprehensive training program for adult endurance runners and sprinters. The foundation of the program is goal setting, training specificity, and coaching interactivity with the runner. Ric's training programs are proven to produce results for both distance runners and sprinters.

 

Coaching Philosophy

One of the hallmarks of his programs is his "under train-over perform" training philosophy. This simply means that you train no more than is necessary to achieve your goals. Ric makes every training step count.

Twin Peaks XC Meet – Thursday, 9/29/2011 – Sandstone Ranch

USATF State Cross Country Junior Olympics – Saturday, 11/5/2011 – DeKoevend Park, Littleton

USATF Regional Cross Country Junior Olympics – Saturday, 11/19/2011 – Location TBA

USATF National Cross Country Junior Olympics – Saturday, 12/10/2011 – Myrtle Beach, SC

 

We are looking to add one meet in October, and will let you know as soon as we can find a competition.

 

Note: If you are new this year and are uncertain if you would like to race at this first meet, please call me and we can discuss your participation.
