RRR Announces 2011 Bridge Program

Cross Country is almost over! What to do?

 

 

 Join Ric Rojas for the 2011 Junior Bridge Program at RallySport Health and Fitness club. The program will  ensure that all your hard work in the fall will not be wasted.  The program will emphasize strength and speed and we will use Rally Sport's state of the art equipment.   We are fortunate to partner with RallySport this year to provide the best local training equipment for the kids.
