Whoops, we neglected to include a few of our Turkey Trotters in our last Running Shorts. So here’s a special “back issue” just for them!
Alex Cotter is Ric Rojas Running’s “ambassador” in Connecticut. He competed in the Pequot Runners Thanksgiving 5 Mile Road Race on Thanksgiving Day. He took 37th in his division, finishing the race in 34:57. The full results from that race are available here.
Rosalie Reuss is a Junior Runner who began training with us this fall. She was in Massachusetts for the 23rd annual Maudslay Turkey Trot, hosted by the Joppa Flats Running Club in Newburyport, MA and completed the 5k race. The full results are available here.
The Mile High United Way Turkey Trot was also on Thanksgiving, This 4-mile race is the Mile High United Way’s biggest fundraiser. Jim Bogus and Michelle Brower ran, Bogus taking 3rd in his division with a time of 25:56, while Brower took 25th in hers in 43:30! Results from that race are available online here.
We also forgot to mention that Jolly Burke, new RRR Coach, won her division in the Longmont Turkey Trot 2 Mile. She blew everyone else in the division out of the water with a time of 12:38. Impressive! Results from that are still here.
