Welcome

Ric Rojas offers a comprehensive training program for adult endurance runners and sprinters. The foundation of the program is goal setting, training specificity, and coaching interactivity with the runner. Ric's training programs are proven to produce results for both distance runners and sprinters.

Coaching Philosophy

One of the hallmarks of his programs is his "under train-over perform" training philosophy. This simply means that you train no more than is necessary to achieve your goals. Ric makes every training step count.

We're finally getting all caught up on all of our runners' accomplishments these past months; Will Dixon, Kelley Robinson, Britt Steiner, Val Eipper, and nell Rojas all made great performances in the last few weeks! Full details appear under the bump.

Nell Rojas is living in Spain currently, and is of course running still. She currently runs with Krafft-Atl. San Sebastian, and on November 20th  took part in the IAAF Permit Meet in Soria. Her race was an 8k, and she took 21st in her division with a finishing time of 30:08. Said Nell, “it was hard, the race started out pretty slow which I was surprised about. I’m used to girls starting too fast.” The full results from that race are available here.
