Making the 800m and 1500m finals at the 2011 World Masters Athletic Championships, age 55. (5 races in 8 days; I retired from middle distance racing right after!)

Goals

Keep running with good form (i.e. 'fast')  as I get older, adjusting things as needed so it is sustainable.

Fun Fact
I saw President John Kennedy in person in Pueblo, Colorado in 1962, giving a speech about water projects in the USA.  Don't remember the speech, but do remember how excited everyone was!
