All my dreams have come true. Personal bests, national and world championships, national and world rankings. As a former marathoner (36 marathons), Ric conviznced me that I’m actually a middle distance runner (1-mile, 1500m, 800m). At 63 years old, I’m now in the best shape of my life! We have such a great, supportive masters team. After every workout, I walk away happy and inspired, not broken down and injured.
